Barone Middle School Special Ed Paraprofessional
Meeker School District is seeking qualified and energetic individuals to fill the open Special Education Paraprofessional positions at Barone Middle School.
Date Available: Position Begins January 6, 2025
Qualifications and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Experience working with children, preferably in a learning environment.
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationships with students, parents and staff.
Strong oral and written communication skills; requires the ability to record and deliver information and explain procedures in a variety of technical and professional languages.
Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and phone systems.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary negotiable based upon qualifications and experience
Current salary schedule can be found here: MSD 24/25 Salary Schedule
Fully paid health, dental and life insurance for the employee and $119 towards dependent health coverage.
Colorado Public Employee Retirement Association (PERA) member account with employer contribution of 21.4%.
11 personal/sick days per school year (prorated based on the date of hire)
Coaching opportunities at the Middle and High School.
Reimbursement of moving expenses; up to $1,000 for in-state moves, and up to $2,000 for out-of-state moves.
