Meeker School District Re-1 policy KF and policy regulation KF-R provide general guidelines for facility use by community groups as well as general guidelines for facility use fees. The following fee schedule has been developed in accordance with policy KF and policy regulation KF-R.
Listed fees are intended for singular use on an hourly basis. The superintendent may negotiate fees, using the following schedule as a basis, for groups utilizing school facilities on a continual basis. The superintendent may also waive or adjust any fee when deemed necessary for extreme or rare circumstances.
Facility Fees
MHS Main Gym - $70/hr | Football Field/track with Lights - $200/hr |
BMS, MES, MHS Auxiliary Gym - $50/hr | Football Field/Track with Restrooms - $25/hr |
Auditorium - $50/hr | Football Field/Track Press Box - $25/hr |
Cafeteria - $25/hr | Wrestling Room - $50/hr |
Kitchen - $50/hr | Weight Room - $50/hr |
Classroom - $25/hr | Library/Computer Lab - $ 25/hr |
Commons Area - $25/hr | Locker Room - $25/hr each |
Practice Field - $25/hr | Concession Stand - $ 50/use |
football Field/Track w/out lights - $50/hr | Maker Space - $25/hr |
Personnel Fees
(when determined necessary by school district and community group)
Custodian - $34.01/hr per custodian | Food Service Staff - $34.56/hr per food service staff member |
Personnel fees were calculated at time and a half from the midpoint on the assistant custodian and food service staff salary schedules, respectively. These rates should be reviewed any time salary schedules are adjusted.
